Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality assurance for our customers and maintains our high standards of service.

Custom and Altered Items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@noblesuiter.com to initiate your return
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#)
  3. Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
  4. Include the RA# clearly marked on the package
  5. Ship to our designated returns address (not the dispatch address)

Important: The return shipping address will be provided with your RA#. Do not return items to our showroom address unless specifically instructed.
