Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality assurance for our customers and maintains our high standards of service.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from Noble Suiter
- Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Were incorrectly shipped items
- Do not meet our quality standards
All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and order number.
Custom and Altered Items
Please note that for customised or altered garments:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement
- Design modifications may incur additional fees
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects
For any modifications to custom orders, please contact us at ask@noblesuiter.com. Additional tailoring or re-production fees may apply.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@noblesuiter.com to initiate your return
- Receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#)
- Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
- Include the RA# clearly marked on the package
- Ship to our designated returns address (not the dispatch address)
Important: The return shipping address will be provided with your RA#. Do not return items to our showroom address unless specifically instructed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- You will receive an email confirmation of receipt
- Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
- You will be notified of the refund approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please note:
- Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For partial order returns, only the returned items will be refunded
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Garments that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Accessories for hygiene reasons
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Retain all original packaging
- Wait for specific return instructions
For damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs and expedite the replacement process.
